Perkins made the right call.
Indian Valley could have driven and scored another TD with the time remaining. That 4th and 3 was the game.
Congrats to Indian Valley. I'm guessing they have a really low CB number.
Their current junior class played a 7th grade game at Tri-Valley. TV 7th was winless that year, but the Indian Valley beating was by far the worst.

You make a FG and force IV score instead of getting 2 first downs and ending the game. Even if you score a TD, you’re playing defense again.
I’ll just never understand why you wouldn’t take the lead against a running team with a suspect kicking game with 4 minutes to play.
