according to the nfl

the ref has the call push out or not

if the ref calls pushout it can be reviewable by a team if he was pushed out or not


but

if a ref dosent call a pushout you cant review the fact that he was pushed out or not

you can only review if he got both feet in


now

some belive that if Winslow landed with both feet down out of bounds or one in one out it would have been called a push out becasue the ref would have realized that he was pushed in the air and if he wasnt he would have landed with both feet and would have seen the forearm Winslow took to the back in mid air

Im not a browns fan but they got cheated by a bad call

the side ref had the call he should have called a pushout right away

Amen. But game over and we have to move on. Still makes me sick but we should have played better and that play would not have mattered.

but it shows that something needs to be done with the refs like more training or more test to show they can make the best call all the time

the refs in nfl and college are killing me this year its horrible
