A good hire if his health holds up. Should be able to improve fundamentals and baseball acuity with the younger players. He has won in the past so who knows. Just a shame the Reds did not hire a completely new front office and ownership group.

Now that is a shocker! All the talk in Cleveland was Tito was done after managing the Indians. Supposedly his health was failing. Good to see him back. He really loves the game. He was credited for turning the Indians around. Good hire for the red legs! I wonder if he will ride his scooter through downtown Cincy to the games and chew bubble gum and tobacky at the same time?

You always need starting pitching plus the Reds have a log jamb of infielders. India will be missed. Leader and fan favorite.

Singer is an ideal middle of the rotation guy who will give you at least 25 starts, 150 innings and keep you in most games. Reds still have a lot of question marks with starting pitching. Can Greene and Lodolo stay healthy? Can Martinez be a full time starter. Is Lowder just a flash in the pan? Then there is the bullpen.
