Seen a story today about the bullpen with the edition of Broxton and it was titled Nasty Boys redux. I think it is a to soon to give this label to this bullpen.

If you had to put any kind of mane or description to the Reds Bullpen, I would just simply say they show up and work so "Doing Work" is how I would call it!
They come into the game and they are all business, they know how important they are to the club and they take pride in what they do and how well they do it!

Re: Reds 2012
The Reds just couldn't hit Burnett yesterday..... To top it off 3 really bad defensive plays in a row didn't help!
The Pirates are gonna wear Burnett out if they keep pitching him on 4 days rest. He isn't a spring chicken...
I thought for sure we would get the sweep seeings that Charlie Sheen was in town this weekend! lol
He did donate a small fortune to the Reds Community fund

We didn't use him on four days rest.We had a off day last week and he went on regular turn.Spring chicken or not he's one of the best pitchers in baseball. And a pitcher as I said-not a 100 mph thrower....There's a big difference....

Re: Reds 2012
I've said before.....The Reds are as capable of losing 10 in a row as they are winning 10 in a row!!!! That THUD that you heard is Rolen,Ludwick,Stubbs and the starting pitching falling back to Earth!!!! I hope that the Reds can get it going again!!!!

Re: Reds 2012
A nice little 3-game skid by the Pirates and the lead is back up to 4.5.
The staff is getting tired. They've used the same 5 all year. Bailey and Cueto aren't used to throwing a whole year, nor is Leake. Arroyo consistently gets 200+ IP each year, but there are just going to be games where his stuff isn't going to break or is going to hang up too long and get crushed.
