Steelers defense can not hide the offensive troubles. Must get a running game to make the passing game work in the playoffs. As the better defenses do what the Bills did. The copycat league will cause troubles.

Ben was throwing the ball all over early in the season. With a lot of attempts per game. The early season over use after a serious arm injury is showing up. As the bumps and bruises of the season makes it harder to recover. Brett Farve said a few years ago about still being able to throw the ball good enough to play in the NFL. He also said his old body sure felt it the next day/days. That is the NFL to be able to play and show up in the playoffs. As the win streak did not earn them a trophy.

The running game is part of a good offense especially in bad weather. The defenses are figuring the Steelers out as the NFL has figured out the Ravens offense. The need to improve over the season. Now will the Steelers improve or 1 playoff game and done.

Pittsburgh Steelers offensive lineman Matt Feiler, who has been playing at left guard since the season began, was placed on injured reserve on Monday. He suffered a torn pectoral early in the Buffalo Bills matchup. Rookie guard Kevin Dotson (shoulder) entered the game, only to exit in the third quarter. The Steelers have now activated linebacker Cassius Marsh to the 53-man roster. Marsh was signed off of the Indianapolis Colts practice squad last week.

I question every thing right now??? Other teams getting better Steelers getting worst ? Right now one and out come playoff time. Is Big Ben playing hurt? And no running game what so ever? The D only can do so much. !!! Hope they can turn this around but don't hold your breath.
