Here's how I'm looking at it, the Reds went a disgusting 3-10 vs the Brew Crew this season but remain only 1.5 GB in the Central and still hold a WC spot. I still like our chances moving forward

I'm honestly not sure what I want to happen at the trade deadline for us or if I even want anything to happen but I think we can all agree at this point that we need another starter AND a bullpen arm.. some of those guys sure could use a breather. What we give up for that, idk but I feel like it needs to happen.

I can easily see us make a swap with Detroit that includes Lorenzen and a reliever for someone like Jose Barrero plus a 11-25 prospect and I would 100% be behind that. Should be a fun week!

I hate when they trade position players for pitching. That position player can give you lots of solid numbers over the rest of the season whereas that pitcher will throw only sparingly and you don't know what they are going to give you. They coulod bring in a starter that is pitching good in the American league but comes to the National league and gets rocked.

India is good for the clubhouse. I think he gets the guys fired up and he's the type that could call a closed door players only meeting and rip some ass. Votto has never stepped up to be that guy so it has to be India taking over the team.
