Two points to make:

1-Dusty is a good manager, he has done an outstanding job as the Manager of the Reds.
Bob Castilini(sp) knows how to build a winner. Dusty wouldn't be here if he didn't believe 100% that he can do the job.......

2-It is spring training, wins and losses don't mean much. When your starters are only taking 2 AB's and your pitchers are only throwing 1 or 2 innings per appearance, it makes it very hard to play consistantly. The Reds have a loaded Minor league system so a lot of young guys are getting looks.

They are not a "low" market team, they are a small market team. Cincinnati is a small Market, but Castilini is spending more money

*Votto, Chapman, and Phillips make a lot of money, for any market.
