If it’s not the toughest then it’s the 2nd. AFC West is pretty dang tough. Wouldn’t be shocked to see either of them get 3 playoff teams this coming season.

Who knows? I am reading the NFL does not want the arbitrator's decision to be appealed by either side. The players union will appeal if it is a indefinite or year long suspension. They will argue that Patriots owner was in similar situation and received no punishment.
