Re: 2010 REDS
The Reds look tired. Alot of guys have been forced to play more than expected. Nix and Bruce need to get healthy asap. As bad as the road trip was , a solid homestand(5-2) and the Reds should be ok.

Re: 2010 REDS
Harrang WAS good for the Reds over the years, but that ended about two years ago. Dusty needs to put him on the DL for the rest of the season. It is playoff time, Baker can't worry about hurting feelings. Baker has four young pitchers who have pitched well for the Reds this season in Wood, Leake, Lecure and Moloney. Take two or three of these guys and put in the rotation. Come on Reds!

Gotta get things moving!!! They gotta worry about the game they are playing and not the post season.

Dusty continues to lose games to try and get his buddy Cordero a save. Take Cordero out of the closer role, let him pitch when a game is out of hand.

Re: 2010 REDS
The Reds have to get hot! They can't limp into the post season an expect to win anything. I hope they haven't decided that they are satisfied with just winning the Central this year. If they can get the bats going and the pitching gets warmed up again, and then take Coco out of the closer role the reds could make some noise in November.

Re: 2010 REDS
The post season comes down to great pitching. Those with it win and those without it don't. I don't care how many homeruns you hit in the regular season, you have to pitch great from front to back to win in the post season. The Reds D is there we all know it can be great, They can hit the ball well and they can play small ball, but there pitching hasn't been consistant most of the year. I would like to see Coco move to a setup role or middle relief. Chapman would make a great closer but if that happens I'm not sure he will ever work into the starting rotation next year.(I'm wrong about a lot of stuff) Getting healthy should be the top priorety right now.
GO REDS!!!
