Cinci bengals sighed jordan palmer to a 2 year deal . jordan is carsons younger brother, yes he is a qb.

he has that dude from Harvard in front of him Fitzpatrick and some Doug dude i have never heard of

Not doug dude. Its jeff rowe and he was headed to the cfl.
