Nice to see Arroyo back to his old self. Seemed to be a lot of calls that he didnt get from the ump tonight. 3 in a row for the Reds. 5 games back and chasing... come on Reds faithful lets make this happen
. With Weathers going to the DL and Coffey getting sent down things couldnt be any better right now. 4-3 Win on Monday night.

Kidding right....Weathers isn't bad in the pen especially since he isnt the closer any longer. For Coffey....hope he doesnt get brought back up and ends up being traded or let go.

No Im not kidding about Weathers... I can't stand him, and will be glad when he is gone. You never know what to expect when Coffey or Weathers come into the game. The only thing that makes me feel bad for these guys is that there pitching on a hitters field, I still dont like them lol.

Remember how Coffey ran out of the field like a mad man then would give up runs to lose. He needed to run and out the gate and keep on going. They neep to play Ryan Freel more and tell Adam Dunn instead od acting like a outfielder be one.

With Cueto on the mound tonight hopefully the Reds can add to this three game winning streak.

Ya I enjoy watching Freel play. It seems he plays better when he is filling in a posistions instead of being a solid starter. The man is full of energy and plays the game how its suppose to be played. Come on Reds need to jump out on the Cards early again make it 4 in a row.

That homerun was a clutch at bat.

I saw where Josh Hamilton was batting .336 for the Rangers, with 5 homers and 28 RBI's. The Reds traded the wrong outfielder.

I hope management is kicking themselves right about now.

I agree I was upset when they traded Hamilton, thought he was a pretty good player and had a good arm on him. The Reds just need to keep chipping away and winning series. They need this game tonight lets go Reds, Jr. is do.

the offense will pick up..... but I think it was a pretty good trade considering Volquez is 4-0 in 5 games with a 1.23 ERA

That is true. The Reds did need to improve the pitching rotation. I am very pleased with Volquez so far. But, I really wish they could have somehow kept Hamilton and got Volquez anyway.

The Reds are off to a good start today. Harang is on the hill and the Reds are up 2-0 in the bottom of the second. Hopefully they can win this series and gain some ground in the division.
