UFC 110 will take place Sunday February 21 in Sydney, Australia. (I believe that will be Saturday February 20th for US. Not sure on timezones.)

Wanderlei Silva (32-10-1-1) vs Michael Bisping (18-2)
Joe Stevenson (31-10) vs George Sotiropoulos (11-2)
Keith Jardine (14-6-1) vs Ryan Bader (10-0)
Mirko Cro Cop (25-7-2-1) vs Ben Rothwell (30-7)

Prelims:
Elvis Sinosic (8-11-2) vs Chris Haserman (20-16)
Stephan Bonnar (11-6) vs Krzysztof Soszynski (18-9-1)
Chris Lytle (27-17-5) vs Brian Foster (13-4)
CB Dolloway (9-2) vs Goran Reljic (8-0)
James Te-Huna (11-4) vs Igor Pokrajac (21-6)

Not a bad card. Main Event is very intriguing

Let's hear your predictions

Velasquez by TKO in the Main Event
And go Wanderlei Silva. I'm not a big Michael Bisping fan

My Predictions:

Nogueira defeats Velasquez by decision
Bisping defeats Silva by decision (Hate to say it) Silva is declining fast. All those bloodbaths in Pride are catching up.
Stevenson defeats Sotiropoulus by 2nd Round TKO. Joe Daddy has been impressive as of late.
Jardine defeats Bader by Decision. Jardine wins the standup battle and will negate the ground game.
Cro Cop finds the magic and KO's Rothwell. This is just hoping.

Knockout of the Night: Cro Cop
Submission of the Night: Dont see any fights ending in Subs
Fight of the Night: Nogueria/Velasquez and Chris Lytle vs Brian Foster

Silva defeats Bisping via UD

Velasquez KO's Nog in round 1. IMO Cain deserves the title shot over Mir or Carwin, he finished Nog (and not the zombie Nog that was recovering from staph infection that Mir finished)

Cain does derserve it, but i think he should fight Mir for that chance though.

No offense to the heavyweight fighters but this as close as the gonna get to seeing that championship cause as soon as Lesnat is back and healthy the weight class will look like a joke compared to Lesnar

Not so fast my friend, Brock has a LONG way to go before proving he is unbeatable. His stand up is ehh, he has never fought some one his own size (beat Couture who he outweighed by 40 lbs, Mir by 20 lbs and Herring 15 lbs) and if hes put on his back i want to see how he reacts.

And if you haven't noticed in the last fight, Frank Mir was A LOT bigger, stronger, and faster then it seems he has ever been. I look for Frank Mir to dominate Lesnar in the next fight!!!

No. As pointed out we still don't know much about Lesnar. Just go back and watch the film vs. Couture. He wasn't able to take Randy down at will, Randy controlled him in the clinch, and in the Mir fight - Frank actually tagged him fairly good with the knee as he was being taken down where the fight was eventually finished. He has BIG power and vicious ground and pound, but that's all we really know. Cain and Carwin both have decent wrestling backgrounds, Cain's especially, and may be able to keep the fight standing or take Brock down himself. And Frank Mir has been working diligently to add strength so he can compete against Brock, and if he can at least get enough to be defensive on the ground then that makes Frank the worst match-up out of all the Heavyweights due to his abilities off his back.

With all of that said, I don't foresee Brock Lesnar losing to any of them, but I don't think it's out of the question.

IMO Cain deserves the title shot over Mir or Carwin, he finished Nog (and not the zombie Nog that was recovering from staph infection that Mir finished)

I'm with the UFC on this one: The winner of Mir/Carwin deserves it. Carwin is undefeated as well and is coming off a nice KO of Gonzaga, and was slated to fight Brock already. Mir is 1-1 against Brock and coming off a win over Kongo... while that's not impressive in itself, the manner in which he did it was and how he looked with the new weight. Not only that, but if dos Santos beats Gonzaga they should, and probably will, make Cain vs. dos Santos for the next challenger after that. You have to think long term and that is the best possible scenario for the heavyweight division.

Other thoughts from 110:
Sad to see Nogueira go down like that and this ended any chance of seeing him return to the title picture. Nogueira still has some fight in him but it'll be better to see some superfights or something similar come from this down the line.

Sotiropoulos was highly impressive. If I were Joe Silva I'd set up a fight night card with George vs. Maynard. Maynard is the next in line and showed no interest in fighting Penn after getting past Diaz. However, he knows he's next. George is undefeated and outside of Florian there isn't any other top contender. Plus, the winner of this fight could fight Penn in Hawaii. If it would happen to be George, it's not that bad of a flight for Australia fans for a HUGE Aloha Stadium show.

Cro Cop is finished. I thought they MAY be a chance to see an improved Cro Cop, but that was painful to watch.

Wanderlei looked good at 185. His next fight vs. Akiyama should be entertaining. Wanderlei could put himself in a position for a big fight in the division, but I'm not sure how it'd turn out. And Bisping didn't look terrible and actually showed some improvements in his stand-up.

^ while i agree with most of what you said, I think there should be some changes with the title plan.

1. Scrap the Interim Title, theres no need since Lesnar is back.
2. If Mir wins, give the shot to Velasquez and have Frank fight the winner of Gonzaga/Dos Santos. Reason: Lesnar has had 5 career fights 2 against Mir, seems a little unfair to Lesnar and the Heavyweight division to have Lesnar fight Frank 2xs in a row.
3. If Carwin wins, he deserves the shot, have Velasquez fight Dos Santos/Gonzaga winner for a title eliminator. Frank could then fight Big Nog in a rematch that Nog wants since he was far from 100% in there first fight.

There is no interim title. It was scheduled for Carwin/Mir, but when Brock announced he could return this Summer it was taken off the promotional items and billed as just a 3 round fight.

As for Mir, if he wins he deserves the shot. He earned his title fight vs. Brock after defeating Nogueira for the interim title (thanks to Randy's long absence) and now if he beats Kongo and Carwin (#1 contender) then he is once again the #1 contender. And not only that, from a promotional side, it'll be the biggest PPV in UFC history and why risk that with another fight?

While that is true he has not faced no one his size I still think Lesnar is by far the better athlete in that class and I don't think you are gonna get to see how Lesnar reacts if he is put on his back, the person that has the best shot at putting Brock on his back is Velasquez but Velasquez would have to get lucky no disrespect intended just Brock has that good of take down defense what would you expect with a NCAA Heavyweight Champion.

Only problem with that is Lesnar is still bigger, still stronger, and still faster while Frank fights at a true 265 or 270 Brock weighs in at a 265 and usually fights about 275-285. Mir dominating Lesnar I don't think so until Mir can stop Lesnar's take downs then he will always have a long fight ahead of him and don't get started on his making Brock tap cause that was Brock's first actual (the real first guy was a joke) fight he was overexcited and wasn't careful something you seen better from him in the second fight.

But you can't tell me that Mir is not the more dangerous fighter. I believe now that Frank is training with Make Phillipe(who was in the worlds strongest man for years and done great). So he has to be as strong, if not stronger then Lesnar. I still think Mir is a new force to be reckoned with. He now has faster hands then Brock, Better Gound game then Brock, He can knock him out with a headkick or with a punch. And he can make him tap. Now Lesnar is a good fighter, but all he has is hands and wrestling. And in the UFC, you need more then just that to be able to hold on to the title for a while.

He's not going to get stronger than Lesnar over the course of a few months, but as I said what above what it can do is allow him to utilize his jiu-jitsu and not be manhandled with more strength which makes the fight more like their first encounter. The strength helps elsewhere too... hitting harder on strikes, etc. but the defensive BJJ portion is the biggest in my opinion.

Ok, but all i'm sayin is your gonna be suprised once you relize how much stronger he is, and i can almost promise he is as strong as Lesnar.
