I like the Bengals getting to play in the game, but I would make much more since to me to have the Cowboys and the 49ers in this one.
It's not like the NFL didn't have the time to make it happen, given that they've known for 5 years that Emmit and Jerry were sure thing
members of this class.

The NFL tries to have NFC-AFC matchups in this game. An exception was last year (Titans-Bills), but they were celebrating the 50th anniversary of the AFL.

This is true, but if you've never taken in a Hall of Fame weekend in person, try it sometime. The game is a perfect end to a great weekend. This will be my 7th straight year. It's only 3 hours away and less expensive than you'd think.

I understand that, but you have the best reciever in the history of the game, and the guy with the most rushing yards all time, going into the hall
at the same time.
Factor in, that the two teams fought it out during the nineties to see who would rep the NFC in the superbowl, and the two premire inducties
to this years class were members of those teams.
It makes more since to have Dallas and San Fransisco in the game.
And if your going to have the Bengals in the game, for heavens sake, have them play the 49ers. It was Joe Montana and Jerry Rice that kept the Bengals from having 2 title rings afterall.

Tickets went on sale at 11:00 Tuesday and were gone in about a half hour. I'd say a lot of Cowboy fans will be headed north for this one.
