Good accomplishment for a young team. They have to learn to win. I don't think they will get past Philly but you never know.

I was just a month or two into my 5th grade year...

It's also the year my Atlanta Braves defeated both Cincinnati and Cleveland to take the World Series. And ATL and CIN didn't meet until the NLCS, so there is a chance that match-up could happen again... I'm hopeful.

I was 35 and didn't care if they made it or not since they had banned Rose from baseball.

I mean, didn't Mickey Mantle and Willie Mays work as official greeters for Vegas casinos and still are honored with memberships in the Hall of Fame?

I love seeing the Reds in the playoffs. Get a good look...Philly will make quick work of them. Halliday and Oswalt..can you say down 0-2 heading to Great American?

The Phillies have a scary starting rotation this year with Halladay, Oswalt, and Hamels in the top 3. I would like to see my Reds in the World Series, but I don't know if that will happen this year. They are young and if they stay together (and not get traded to the Yankees), this team will win a World Series again before long.

Well, I was 38. Raising 2 boys. Life seem more simple the younger i was. More stressful the older. I may be older than most.
But closer to retirement. (YEA) . My love for the reds made me a bengal fan. Still married to my wife of 29 years, it can be done . Me and coors got me through it.
