He is a WEST COAST guy and he has Ohio roots. I dont see Holmgren coaching again but I could see him hiring one of his top assistants and installing the west coast offense. thoughts?

Not a real fan of Gruden here. Just doesn't feel right. I wouldn't be surprised if we interview Mariucci.

Gruden won games but also could not make up his mind who would be his QB. He liked to collect QB's for some reason which hurt the offense in his later years.
I think Mariucci would be a good choice but he has been out of coaching for a while. Holmgren can still go to practice and help out as long as offer advice to the coaching staff but doing the GM and head coach is to much.

Keep Mangini and get a new OC and we will be fine. Hire Charley Wies before Floridia does.

Keep hearing more media talking heads mentioning Fox for the Browns after he leaves Carolina. I hope Holmgren knows what he is doing!

Ryan has a meeting with Carolina this week. Could we see Ryan on our sideline and Fox on the Cleveland sideline in 2011???

What about Jim Harbaugh to the Browns? It is a better job than SF or Denver - if he is going to jump to the nfl this would be a good place. But would holmgren take this big a gamble??
