Pittsburgh @ Denver

I honestly think the Steelers win this one convincingly. I feel like Manning is going to have a really bad year (for his standards) and it doesn't help he has to start against the Pitt Defense. Steelers win 34-14.
Your thoughts?

You can never count manning out, the man is a play maker. I think this will be a close game. It will be down to who doesnt make turnovers, Or a real bad blown call by the relplacement refs.

Pittsburgh is far from the Pittsburgh of old. Their QB gets slower every year because the cement he stands in is getting dryer.

Same story, different year. All the haters are come up with reasons why the steelers will lose, unforrtunately they keep on keepin on. I don't see the down year you all are hoping for.

Well Steelers down 13 to 14 late in the 3rd quarter.
Line play for the Steelers is hurting them as injuries add up again. Ben is taking some hits. Defense is missing Clark and Harrison. It is not a hater when you point out the obvious. The Broncos defense has some vets mixed in the younger players. Steelers are getting older and slower.

Guess the haters were in control of the scoreboard tonight.
3 straight sacks to end the game.

Manning looked pretty good to me.
He looked a tad Rusty at times, and I think the new Lingo gives him a problem every now and then, but he looked like Peyton Manning. Pittsburgs O-line needs some work

Tough game, Manning played way better than I expected, Steelers had a lot of blown coverage assignments as well. If we had a good O-Line I don't think we would have lost, way too much pressure on Ben. Hopefully we can bounce back and beat the Jets. Go Steelers!

Idiotic thought on my part.

Offensive line is still, frankly, offensive, Ben holds onto the ball too long, and the defense is getting long in the tooth. As much as it pains me to say this, I see no better than 8-8 this year. Ravens should win the division in a runaway. Steelers really need to do something with the o-line. Oh, and one more thing. I give the Todd Hailey experiment one year, and he's gone. Sorry, he's no offensive genius, and the players don't like him.

I agree that the O-Line is terrible, but to say you see no better than 8-8 after the very first game is a bit ridiculous. Steelers got pummeled by the Ravens in the Opener last year and went 12-4 (One of the wins vs the Patriots) with a trip to the playoffs. I have a ton of hope and see some really bright spots in the offense still. Give it time.

Stillers will be ok...Ben moving like he's in concrete is still better than most of the QB's in the NFL.I dont agree that he's slow yet.Just making a point....
