Yea but, when it makes the news, it is kind of a big deal.

Yeah it is a big thing when it hits the news, but, if people make it seem like it's such a big problem that a high quality athlete did something like this then they need a reality check. It's sad to say but many athletes do this type of thing and people just look the other way, so it must have been pretty bad if he got caught.

Is Lavender 21 because then it wouldn't be as bad on him being drunk. It would be similar to the Matt Leinart situation.
