Hey peak just wanted to let you know that MARK SNYDER won last night. It was that Houston team that was supposed to beat him. And whoever said on a previous post that Ohio State wouldn't want him back because he's a terrible coach and he would end up coaching somewhere in division III I would like to place a bet on that. Just talked to coach Snyder last Friday night and told me strait up that him and Tressel talk a couple of nights a week, and he also talks to Dantonio at Michigan State a couple nights a week ago and he is very good friends with both. If Marshall does get rid of him (even though they shouldn't) he will have a major division I coaching job. He's a great defensive coach and I would love to have him back in Columbus.

I recall saying on another thread that Marshall would win 6. They're just two away - and after beating Houston, it looks like they could very well win more than 6.
Snyder might keep his job just yet.....

It just goes to show. I knew the talent was there but you have to use it. Houston! ave. 45 points per game, 545 total yards a game. THE DOOR WAS SLAMPED SHUT!!! Marshall was up by 4 TDs before the second team went in. FIRST PLACE in C-USA and they can't play there? Only outside, uneducated morons believed this.
Go Herd! IF Snyder gets 6 wins he will save his job. Love the green helmets too!!

Snyder was left in an ackward situation to start. He is a hometown boy that really loves the Herd. I wish they would have stayed in the MAC, but that's over. the way they played Tuesday was the way they used to play...aggressive and cocky and if they play like that every game they will win more. bring back the swagger and put the ball downfield like the good days at Marshall. schedule big teams brings money but....playing Wisconsin W.V.U. Cincy in a 5 week span is toooooooo much. play MAC schools every once in a while. Mark can win and they are going to have alot of return starters next year also. if he doesn't turn us around after next year than look at another coach like Rick Minter, but see what comes after next year. GO HERD!!!

if you fire synder you will hire a coach that wants to use marshall for a stepping stone to a better job and not a guy that actually wants to be there. who would want that job right now? first time donnie jones wins 20 games he is gone baby...
