Miller has to be one of the worse alltime QB'S in the history of college football,at throwing the ball.

*At least at this point of his career.

I am glad he was able to make a great play, but I stand what I said.

Hopefully he gets a heck of a lot better, when it comes to throwing the ball.

THIS OFF STINKS AND GIVES THE DEFENSE NO ROOM TO HAVE A BAD PLAY.

They will never get back to where they were with this type of offense.

Miller throws better under pressure at the end of the game. His passes are even more of a spiral then also. People see why he was the backup at the begining of the season. He is still a freshman getting use to playing in front of big crowds and all that goes with that. After 1 week of having 3 backs rush for over 100 yards to not much. It is hard for a banged up defense to win games. Special teams is a big part of the game and could have won the game. Tough loss but Purdue played to win not to tie at the end.

You can't blame it on Miller. He is a phenomenal athlete but even Montana would struggle behind this O-line. I want them to win but even more we need them to lose. That is the only way OSU will be able to get a good Head Coach next year. Fickell is a good DC but nothing more. 90% of the coaching staff needs to go along with the AD and this should be the only way it happens although BowTie has shown his decision making has been less than stellar so far.

This whole place needs an enema.

The defense has carried this team all year and they're probably tired as hell right not. For what it's worth Miller still can't throw a spiral or complete a decent % of any type pass. Yes, he's a scrambler and did complete passes in the last series today and against Wisconsin for touchdowns but both were ad libs and broken plays where he got lucky. He'll never win anything while he's here and that's my opinion. I watched him 3 years in high school and he basically did the same things but could get away with it and have gaudy records, it ain't gonna happen in college. I still think he's gonna get put out in one of these games with all this running he does. WOW !!!!! (At least if they get to play in a bowl game they'll play someone they can for sure beat now).

Please, some clarity from the administration. Just tell Luke he has the rest of the season but they will be looking elsewhere after the last game. Turn down whatever loser bowl they're offered and get things set for next season.

I agree the def is tired but that does not change the fact they stink when the game is on the line and more times than not when the game is on the line they are not that good. Now any other part of the game they look awesome.

Miller is so bad right now I can not see him getting better, but with a new QB coach hopefully something can be done with him.

With all the trouble the Buckeyes are going to be in I doubt they are going to attract any "bigtime"coach.

The defense wasn't tired in the 1st half!

That display was utterly gross on all levels today.
No excuse for that kind of bull crap!

Only thing they got to play for now is another win over Meechigan to hopefully close the gap in the series, but after this performance today UM is probably foaming at the mouth to get a piece of them and exact some revenge from all them beatings they been taking the last 6 years from the scarlet and gray

I just love how people get on here and belittle this team when they lose. This is a very young team and will be very good in the yrs to come ,but god give them some slack.Miller and Fickle were thrown into an unwinnable position.Im not making excuses here just throwing out some obvious points ,they did play bad today but when you have an OC who hog ties the offense ,what can you do.And there is no excuse for the D playing that bad.Remember the great Jim Tressel was 7 and 5 his first year and look how that turned out.

This offensive line problems were not Luke's fault. They have not been very good for years but was easier to hide for the last few years. As well as not having a QB that could play on the team. The defense lacked the standout LB and the best one Williams was hurt.

Even thought Miami beat OSU earlier this year they are just 5-5 right now. With all their offseason trouble, distractions and they changed coaches early. He brought in his guys. They even had their returning QB for most of the year.

Besides Tress lost his last trip to Purdue with a lot more talented team. Luke's job on the field is not doing as well as most people want but with what he is working with is not bad. The off field trouble is down with just a couple of idiots doing stupid things. It has been mentioned for years to bring in new offensive minded people to the program. So allow Luke to grow and bring in coaches as well as recruits.

Even Florida is at 5-5 with a new coach after Urban resigned. They didn't have all the off field trouble going on there with the media spotlight. When you look at some other programs Luke is not to bad. Even think about how USC was when Lane Kiffin took over. Those were all teams where the coach knew way ahead of time they would be the coach and then could put their own staff in. Brining in Vrabel was a very good move for Luke. Just think with their connections who else they could bring in.
