Top to bottom, the Big East is the best. Even with 16 teams.

The Big East, hands down.
I'd be willing to bet the NC will come out of the Big East.

Re: Best Conference in College Basketball
It has to be the Big East.
here's my top conferences in the order i think is best.
1) Big East. Too much powerhouses in the conference.
2) ACC - Teams like North Carolina, Duke, etc. are nightmares for teams.
3) Big 12- weird pick for the 3 spot, but Texas, Oklahoma, will go far in the tournament.
4) SEC- whether they are down this year or not, Florida is picking them up, they will look to run deep in the tourny.
5) Big Ten- Looking for 8 tourny bids this year, they bring in teams like Michigan st, Purdue, Ohio st., Minnesota, etc. they will have at least 2 going deep in the tourny, say sweet 16?
i dunno, maybe im completely off with what i am saying, but that's my opinion, for now.
