Brian Kelly did the same thing [change jobs and leave just prior to a bowl game] to his Central Michigan team - as did Mark Dantonio to HIS [at that that time] Cincinnati Bearcat team just few years ago - which led to their hiring of Brian Kelly.
How about if the NCAA restricted "coach recruiting" offers and conversations until AFTER all BOWL games have been played instead of after the regular season ends? That's only about a month's difference in time. But wouldn't that small change make a huge difference in their coaching status for many Bowl Game bound teams?
