Said that unless something else major pops up, that if the investigation garners any charges if at all filed, they will be for a misdemeanor.
There is no felony issue at all.

The funny thing is she says she sees him definetly "make contact" with her, but don't know if she touched him,its a very fishy story to say the least and I don't understand why they keeping this video so secret then would want her to report on this (from her home) when its so secretive,mostly his fault anyway for this mess, shouldn't be out carousing around this late when only bad things happen esp.to star players.Dubs is right they got too many other star potential players to worry about him anyway.

Finally got to watch the video and puzzled at how Mindy Drayer came to the conclusion he for sure made contact with her because the video is so murky you can't see "contact" from either one of them, just that they both were engaged with her taking the first swing
