The WAC is not what it once was but it is still a fun conference to watch and this one did not disappoint. The Lopes (19-2, 9-1 conf) came from double digits down late to pick up the road win over the Mavericks (9-11, 4-5 conf). The Lopes overcame an ice-cold 21.1% from beyond the three-point arc by hitting 31-36 free throws. Leading the way in the win was, Ray Harrison (Greenville, SC) with 16 points and a game-high 4 steals. For UT Arlington, they hit 36.5% from the field with, Dajuan Gordon (Chicago, IL) leading the way with a double-double 13 points and 10 boards. He also had 3 steals.
