Another Great week of Football. (POSTING JUST BEFORE MIDNIGHT)
1. Oregon continues to Roll...
The Ducks down the Fighting Illini with ease. Let's see if the Ducks can continue this trend.
2. Close Calls for the Longhorns and the Buckeyes.
Both Teams eeked out the wins. Respectively Longhorns over a much improved Vanderbilt Team and Buckeyes got by a aScrappy Nebraska Team.
Note: Buckeyes OLINE has a rough game today. Maybe they were looking ahead after the BYE week.. let's hope they can work out the issues when they face Penn State.
3. Indiana could be the B1G Darkhorse.
After a Solid Performance over Washington. Indianas only major test remaining on their schedule is the Buckeyes.
4. Alabama back to its winning ways.
Crimson Tide Blanked Mizzou in an impressive win. But this shows that Missouri notes advertised.
5. Another team flying under the Radar.... BYU
The cougars are playing some really good ball right now. Lets see how well they Can keep playing! Because right now they're a playoff contender.
6. ACC... 3 Teams in contention.
Miami, Pitt and Clemson. Pitt is a surprise and are playing solid!
7. Navy ran into a Buzzsaw named Notre Dame.
First Turnover occurred from Navy since August... but they were holding back in the SIX Turnovers vs the Fighting Irish.

Re: Valenth's Thoughts from Week 8
I think Miami might jump past the Bucks in the polls this week.
OSU has a LOT of work to do on the O line this week. It shows the lack of recruiting/development by the O line coach, who should have been fired last year.

Re: Valenth's Thoughts from Week 8
I don't think anyone would be totally shocked if Ohio State fell into the bottom five of the top ten.
The more I see of Indiana the more I believe they are for real.
Except for our angst over the fortunes of our Buckeyes, the 2024 CFB season is intriguing. No clearly dominant teams, some surprises, much uncertainty with just over a month to go.

They say nothing is impossible, yet I accomplish nothing every day.
