Ohio State vs. SEC Teams (Must See)

Alright, i've been reading this post through and have to put in a few words.
First off, for those of youwho were talking up Florida earlier in the post... I have one question... How do you lose to the state up north with Tim Tebow as your quarterback? I mean... they lost to a 1-AA school for cryin' out loud! That's embarassing.
The whole SEC OOC schedules... The SEC won't play big name teams that often out of confernece because they are scared and they think their schedule in conference makes up for it....when let's face it.... this year and last year the SEC was tough. However, You're not as tough as you think you are (see previous paragraph). Another Example is the 2nd place SEC team (Tenn.) played a bowl game this year against the 5th place Big 10 team (Wisc.) and barely scraped by.
And finally (for now anyway), yes i see great players in the SEC. But this past year at the NFL draft there was a school that goes by the name The Ohio State University that bypassed USC for the most players drafted by the NFL. Need i say more?

Only one problem with your post there mhs82:
OSU all-time is 798-303-53, for a .714 win percentage
Flroida all-time is 628-372-40, for a .623 win percentage
OSU will have won their 800th game the week before the USC game next season.
You mathmaticians out there may have noticed that the Buckeyes have played 114 more games than the Gators,
but have 170 more wins and 69 fewer loses.

Except for Alabama, did football even exist in the SEC prior to 1996?

Were they actually in the SEC when the won the championships? Conference did not exist until 1932 and Arkansas and South Carolina did not join until 1981.
Oh, and these numbers differ significantly from yours: (seems you were selective and in what you posted - some of your selectors could not make up their minds and selected multiple champions in many of those years you cited).

Big 10: 1901, 02, 03, 04, 27, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 40, 41, 42, 47, 48, 52, 54, 57, 60, 65, 68, 97, 2002 = 23 championships.
SEC (thankfully for SEC it includes Alabama's): 1951, 57, 58, 61,64, 65, 73, 78, 79, 92, 96, 98, 2003, 2006, 2007 = 15 championships, 6 of which belong to Bama.

If I was a big ten fan I'd be trying to hide the fact the big ten has won 2 championships VS the Sec's 8 in the last 30 years. Unless you go back prior to 1970 the big ten has won it 2 times .

again, history is just as important to me as recent success. both of which the buckeyes are doing very well in. 7 national championships with as many heisman winners for the history aspect. and 3 national championship appearances in 6 years for the recent success aspect. i got no quarrell with that. i'll take a National Championship loss over a Cotton Bowl win any day.
