what a dramatic run by the buckeyes. the bucks were in 5 top 5 games this year. and just went through an absolute gauntlet of who's who in college football powerhouses. now we gotta put the wolverines in their place next year. proud to have ryan day on board. the buckeyes played stupid against michigan. mich. had 2 of the top run stuffers on their defensive line. and we ply so freakin conservative. with all the overall talent we had. we just keep smashing away at the middle with our run game. which literally played into michigans strength. i think these last 4 games have proved, that they know better now. so now we gotta wait and see. but i love ryan day, and he loves ohio state. he has to be one of the most revered ohio state coaches ever. look at his winning pctg. 3rd all time in college coaches. and his record at ohio state is tremendous, but we gotta get over the michigan hump next year. several teams we beat like a drum, beat michigan. and that cannot stay that way in ohio state's confines.

Redemption for Coach Day and the Seniors. I was certain the talent was there, but I doubted their resolve after being embarrassed by Michigan. All stakeholders need to celebrate, but the 2025 season starts today.

Got some big shoes to fill, esp. Howard. He really rose to the occasion when it counted most. I wonder if Day will bring in another transfer or is the guy already there? Not seen much out of the other ones. I would say if they want to make a serious challenge to defend their title they will have to bring somebody in with experience like Howard had. Defense will take a hit too. Still way too early to even think about it, just enjoy the moment, they don't come around too often. A win over ttun is great, but a natty is super special on another level.
