Re: Signing Day at tOSU
I would say they bank the scholly for next season. Ohio is supposed to be loaded and OSU doesn't have a lot of spots in the 2010 class. They will have to be very selective, but apparently they got a commit today from Andrew Norwell who is the #1 Olineman in Ohio's 2010 class. Some insiders say he is the best in Ohio, including the 2009 class.
Re: Signing Day at tOSU
Here are the OSU recruiting class rankings that JT has put together full-time.. This explains my excitement for the future...
Scout/Rivals
2009--1, 3
2008--4, 4
2007--16, 15
2006--13, 12
2005--7, 12
2004--11, 9
2003--25, NR (outside top 25)
2002--3, 5
Up until now, he has never put together two consensus top 10 classes together back to back, let alone top 5.

Re: Signing Day at tOSU
While most of the fanfare on National Letter of Intent Signing Day was focused on Class of 2009 prospects, Ohio State fans received a bonus when Andrew Norwell verbally committed to the Buckeyes.
Andrew Norwell is one of the top linemen prospects in the Class of 2010.
The 6-foot-7, 270-pound offensive tackle from Anderson High School in Cincinnati, chose Ohio State over offers from Illinois, Cincinnati, Indiana, Notre Dame and Duke.

Looks like a descent class and that we are starting to get more and more into the south
