looks logical to me. Iowa and Oregon lost, fell under LSU. Ga. Tech jumped over LSU. Penn St. would have but they lost. Iowa, Pitt, Houston, Utah may have a gripe. If you think Mich. should not have dropped from #2 in 2006, then this season's BCSCG is already Florida-Alabama. Of course, that could still change if Spurrier wins today or Auburn wins the Iron Bowl.

I'm not saying it should have been UM in 2006. I'm saying by the logic being used above, UM should have been the #2 team in 2006.

I am totally against re-matches. If Florida beats Alabama, then we already know UF can beat Bama. We may think Alabama is better than Texas, but we do not know for sure.

In 2006 Mich didn't have 2 higher ranked teams lose that day. And scratch Houston's gripe as a 1 loss team. They are being dominated by UCF. If OSU beats Iowa, do they get above USC who beat OSU head to head ?
