Losing by 14 points generally isn't considered being "blown out", but giving up 31 unanswered points and basically getting your arse kicked all over the field is.
I also agree that if you take away the the two TD's given up by stupid penalties, then the game goes to OT and you never know what would have happened. But like they say, "If a frog had wings, it wouldn't bump it's rearend".
