WVU just got a taste of what UK went through last Saturday. You get a team that is shooting lights out from behind the arc and they are hard to beat. WVU did it to UK and Duke returned the favor to WVU. Hopefully Butler can put in a solid defensive effort in on Monday and take down the Dukies.

What a blow out! WVU did get a taste of how they beat KY. i was with Duke all the way in this one. What is it now 100 years without a major sport national championship and counting? that should be a record. Yes, of course, I can't stand coach Thuggins or the eers. Wait didn't they win the national championship in couch burning??

why everyone was posting that Duke should not have been ranked above Syracuse, how they will lose in the second round, and how everyone is too athletic to win, they won. They are a good team guys.

That's it in a nutshell. Duke shot the 3's well, most of the time with a WVU player in their face. You can't coach against that. The big Zoubek kid in the middle also created havoc with that big, big body. It wasn't to be but they played hard and made it to the "final four". Kudo's to the Mountaineers.

Duke has 10 McDonald All-Americans, Butler- none
Duke had 8 final fours 3 NC- Butler 1 and no NC
Duke a legendary coach of 30 years - Butler the youngest coach to ever be in the championship game. FYI- Milan went to the final 4 the year before they won it for real.
Butler is in Indiana where Bobby Plump also played and the movie was shot so yes it was like the movie.

Division 1-AA national champions in football 2xs. Hey, if that was the level Marshall competed in at the time at least they did win it.

marsha should have stayed in AA where maybe they would still be of relevance to someone... i guess youre really proud of those basketball victories of salem, brescia and rg this year too
