We really dont know how good this OSU team is at this point. We will find out tonight how they respond to a decent Miami team and a very hostile crowd.

Then we will find out how good we are when the remainder of the Tat 5 come back vs Nebraska.

If we get a lead tonight, and dont try to sit on it, we will be fine. If they can get Miami playing from behind I am sure Miami will commit mistakes and turnovers. If we get behind early, it might be a long night.

Regardless, I will still be a Buckeye fan tomorrow!

2 straight 3 and outs. Bauserman sucks. Misses backs out of the backfield and then throws the ball 15 yards past the receiver on a go-for-broke play. Special teams still the same ole same ole.

Game over, start the bus. Been over 25 years since OSU has come back from 14 down and NEVER more than 11 since Tress era began. The most pedestrian Defense I have seen since before Freddy Pagec arrived. On the bright side, if you started playing 'Dubs drinking game, even if it was lite beer, you are already unconscious or soo hammered you no longer care. Tune in to FSU-Chokelahoma for a decent game. This one is going to be ugly!!!

Ugly first quarter, but at least the offensive line has shown up so far,hope they can keep it up both O-State QB'S start out shaky

This game shouldn't even be going on, at least with the current batch
of players on both teams. The "Contradiction Bowl" (however you wish
to characterize the OSU infractions vs. the garbage that seemingly half
the current Miami roster was evenly remotely guilty of) is just another
ridiculous 'look the other way' event by the NCAA (see, Sugar Bowl:
Arkansas vs. OSU).

Look, I root like crazy for OSU, and would now, but six months from now,
in a board room somewhere, is a committee going to finally pass judgement
that there is enough infraction material for either side, or both, that this
game (and others played before or after) "don't count"?

Bottom line, if OSU for all its' troubles, went through the ringer, then the
current 'investigation' of Miami should yield truckloads of damning evidence
that would invalidate anything touched by Miami. Who knows? :122248

But at some point they are just gonna keep loading the box and slow the run. Just like they did on the goal line. At some point Bauserman has to start throwing spirals or Miller needs to use his legs to let plays develop and complete passes. The dropped balls are not helping matters either.

LOL! I feel the same way.

I dont understand not letting Miller stay in there and get some rhythm going. If Fickell wants to keep playing Bauserman, I hope he is one and done also. Does anyone else think Fickell looks like deer in headlights?

Oh, there is Harris' 2nd pick.....can we do anything with it besides a FG? Doesnt look like it the way Bauserman is just throwing the rock away every play. At least he can draw a roughing the passer penalty!

He couldn't hit a wide open target to save his life. A pass halfway close and it's 14-10 but we have to settle for 3 again.
