Re: OSU vs Wisconsin
Miller stepped up and made big plays all night when they needed them. That kid is going to be special and he keeps getting better and gaining more confidence each game. He should gain a ton after tonight doing what he did lol. Boom ran the ball hard and with alot of passion. Great game for him! And of course, the defense dominated until late in the final minutes. John Simon is a monster! Wish we had Williams on the other side pash rushing too..... Hell of a game tho! Happy as a kid at Christmas to see the buckeyes get a big win! That's the team we've been waiting on all season. Let's win out and finish this season 9-3!

One heck of a good game!
To add to the happiness, the Buckeyes had a room full of high profile recruits at the stadium tonight, got to see a great game, and a phenomenal crowd and atmosphere!

Re: OSU vs Wisconsin
^^^agreed! The defense was dominate until the last 4min of the game but that tends to happen in hurry up offense. They completely shut down wisconsins run game. I think they had 89 total yards rushing while boom had 160 and Braxton with 99.
I was very impressed with the defensive play and their ability to control the line of scrimmage against wisconsins "stellar" huge offensive line. Great job bucks!
Glad some recruits go to experience that

This showed that the coaches and players could make positive changes during the bye week. The game was very good. Need to run Hyde more on the goal line. The beat a very good Wisconsin team after they lost to MSU. This was a very good positive step for a young team as well as coaches working together. Now can OSU keep getting better.
Re: OSU vs Wisconsin
Tonight was a very pleasant surprise! Wisconsin learned the last two weeks what it is like to play with a target on your back, something that Ohio State has had to do for many years. Great job by Braxton Miller tonight, and a very good job by the D. We still are not good at defending the no huddle, but I guess some things never change.
Overall though, I am very proud of the emotion and fire this team played with tonight and I hope we see this kind of an effort for the rest of the season.

Great win by the Buckeyes! Braxton Miller is gaining confidence every week. What a clutch play by a true Freshman quarterback! Can't wait to see what the future holds for this kid once he gets coverages and progressions down. Imagine this kid audibling out of a play on his own from his reads, and the threat he poses. I thought at one time that Pryor was the answer.....I was wrong.....

I thought both lines played great tonight as evidenced by the rushing stats,,,also when Braxton went back to pass he had a lot of time to throw and look over the field,,that was nice to see,,,,now how will they come back after such an emotional win?

Re: OSU vs Wisconsin
Hopefully they come back and beat the brakes off Indiana lol. Still very proud of a young team. It's a shame it took mid season to come to life but that's part of having a new coach and alot of inexperienced players especially at the quarterback. And the come back of boom has obviously been a lift to the offense and leadership. Im glad they finally stuck with Braxton and let him grow and become what he is getting too. He still has tons of progressing to do which is very exciting! One thing that I think is still lacking is the emotion on the sideline from fickell. After scoring drives, the blocked punt and some other key plays, fickell just stood there with a blank expression while everyone else was going nuts. I'd still like to see Luke get flat fired up and act a fool every once in awhile. Hell even Tressel got excited jumped up and down and give a nice fist pump lol

I was driving the bandwagon around CBus last night, and it was filling up quick!!!
Re: OSU vs Wisconsin
Nice job Buckeyes!!! Gotta give coach Fickell credit he seems to be getting better every week!!! Braxton Miller has really grew up the past couple of weeks!! It's funny tho,2 weeks ago Wisconsin was worrying about who they would play in the national title game..now not even sure that they will make it to the big ten title game!!!

Re: OSU vs Wisconsin
The Bucks D held Wisconsin to 89 yards rushing while playing Nickle D!
That is the definition of D-Line dominance, and to do that against Wisconsin's O-Line...Awesome!
I think Wisconsin tried to run wide way too much, stretch the field, and use Monte Ball's speed outside.
NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!
Buckeye D line is not going to get pushed around, they moved laterally very well, and allowed the linebackers time to cover and TACKLE before Ball got a head of steam.
That's right TACKLE, something many of Wisconsin's opponents did not do when making contact!

Dubs, still can not hardly talk.If a recruit was there and he and they didn't love that atmosphere, their not human. That was awesome!Heard a lot of comment on the way back to the parkihg lot, maybe we don't need Myer, which also made my day.If they would give Fickell a two or three year contract, we would already have a top 15 recruiting class wrapped up.Freshman are getting better and that's all you can ask.GO BUCKS!!!!!

They'd better lose another game because if they don't they'll have to face LSU, Alabama or Stanford in a bowl game and that would be bad.

I'd rather play those teams than a weaker opponent!
