Re: The Count Down till RR gets FIRED
He came to work. That could mean alot of things.
He probably either slept, slept off his hangover or spent the day online looking for jobs and filling out applications.
He also may have sat in is chair and counted up all the money that UM has paid him, or will be paying him. Lets keep in mind that he is walking away with 2.5 Million if they fire him tomorrow. I am no financial guru, but I would be that less than 0.005% of the people on this board have that kind of change.
So I think he will probably have the last laugh.

If he knew that he was on his way out, I would have laugh very hard if ge would have put Gardner in and burned that Red Shirt, just to spite the people running him out!

I am thinking he has a real good chance to go back to the Big East either Pitt or UConn.

Waiting to get Harbaugh on the hook, or find out if they have to get Les Miles or Brady Hoke.
If they can't get one of those three, then there is no reason to drop RR!

I was real impressed wtih Brady the other night (and this is no disrespect) I just wish he didnt coach at SDSU. However, OSU got one of if not the greatest coach in there history from Youngstown St. I've for one have always wanted Les Miles, but time will tell.

12:30 Press Conference with UM AD. ESPN announced a few minutes ago, Dick Rod has been fired, officially. AD wanted to give Dick Rod a chance to resign (thus, he wasn't fired yesterday), but he refused to do so (why would he, and walk away from the $2.5 mil that Michigan will owe him for the termination).
Let the speculation begin on his replacement.
