DOWN GOES BAMA!!! what a great way for the genius to outcoach himself. demanding that extra second to, of all things send in a backup redshirt kicker to try to kick a 56 yarder. why not just go to overtime and try to win the game. i think bama was probably the better overall team and they have certainly been in this position way more times than auburn over the last few years. auburn didnt win a league game last year. saban basically out smarted himself. now the question becomes will the bcs screw our beloved buckeyes and jump auburn to #2 or if we go and take care of business in the big ten championship game against michigan state will we get our opportunity to play in the national championship game.

Since I am probably the only Alabama fan on this site, I'd like to congratulate Auburn on the win tonight. Bama was killed by poor special teams, mental and physical breakdowns and Auburn capitalized to their credit. The best team does not always win but the best team on that particular day does and today, Auburn was the best team.

The buckeyes offense couldn't be stopped. Prob felt he had his best chance to win it then rather than overtime. Plus he said he left the decision up to his seniors during the timeout and they all voted to go for it. Tyvis Powell said it was the 2pt play Coombs coached em against and they knew exactly what was coming and Powell saved the season with the INT
