I have no idea who will make it. I mean Georgia is idle. VT beats a ranked BC and is ahead of LSU. Kansas only loss was to Missouri who was like number 4 and then LSU. I dont know it will be interesting to say the least.

I thought the rule was that if you lose late, it counts for more? Oh wait...they crowned LSU's arses at the beginning of the season, and their actual play doesn't have anything to do with where to rank them. Nevermind two losses to 4 and 5 loss teams, and close games week in and week out.

Uh... Remember LSU's little schalacking of VT in week 2??? It would be a tainted NC if VT got in...

Ah, but it was week 2 not the last week of the season, where you lose to a 5 loss team.

you could sit there and say that about any team, especially in a season like this. week 2 means nothing at this point.

If OSU beat LSU in OT, LSU would still be #1 because they never lost a game in regulation.

According to "BCS Expert" Brad Edwards of ESPN it will be OSU vs. LSU in the National Championship.

IMO I think if you are considering LSU then why not Oklahoma? They just hammered #1 Mizzou and they have two losses just like LSU. It will probably be LSU but Oklahoma deserves consideration.

How screwed up is this system? I mean it definitely builds drama and adds a ton of excitement throughout the entire season but something needs to be done PERIOD!

Like I said, they crowned LSU is September. They have looked awful every week, and have even lost to average teams, and yet, they are always said to be "clearly the best team." It doesn't matter how they actually play.

Mark May said a little bit ago that he didn't like how Ohio State backed in. Last time I checked they played 12 regular season games just like everyone else and if LSU gets in how can you say that they didn't back in either? Why do people consider it unfair that they get to sit home and move up while mostly everyone else is still playing? Like I said they played their 12 games just like everyone else in the nation but it just happens that they finished up two weeks early WITHOUT a break in between!

Mark May = Tool

He also was saying last week that WVU would destroy OSU. Hmmm...not 4-7 Pitt I guess.....

I can't believe May is not crying for USC to be in the championship.

Also what will really suck for the Buckeyes is the fact that it will pretty much be a home game for LSU. I know the Buckeye fans travel well but come on!
