WOW - U of Cincy 62 - WVU 39 - FINAL

WVU shot 20% and made only 1 3-pt shot the whole game.
AMAZING - UC Bearcats are now 5-4 in Big East play. They won only 2 Conference games all of last season.
Mick Cronin coached under Rick Pitino at Louisville and earlier defeated his mentor's team.
He also served as an assistant under Bob Huggins at Cincinnati - so he's 2 for 2 in the pupil vs mentor category!
He has really molded this group of individual players rather hastily assembled into a superbly functioning TEAM in a very short time.

I saw it first hand, UC is good. Im looking forward to our rematch on Feb 27.It should be good.UC is also a young team as well.

Bob Huggins was dressed in a new custom-tailored bright yellow/gold suit and matching shoes for this game.
On the 11:00 News that night WLWT Channel 5 Sports Director Ken Broo's reporting went something like this:
VISUAL - head-to-toe shot of Bob Huggins dressed in his yellow finery
AUDIO [Ken Broo] - There's Bob Huggins in his new yellow suit and shoes. He looks like a giant canary.
VISUAL - Cincinnati Bearcat team running out on the floor
AUDIO [Ken Broo] - And here come the 'Cats to EAT him!!!
I loved it! - I was laughing so hard I could hardly hear what was said on the TV after that!
