I just bet OSU's Scout Insider, Nevadabuck, about the Pryor decision.

I think I got a good deal, so he must be confident in his info.

If Pryor goes to OSU, I pay $50.

If Pryor goes anywhere else, I get to sit in Nevadabuck's luxury box at an OSU game next season.
