Have they changed the rules?

I'm watching the WVU/GTown game and Greg Monroe dove after the ball and possessed it but was sliding across the floor. Isn't that travelling? Or have they changed the rules of the game. I've noticed that this type of travel is being called less and less over the past couple of years

i think if you slide its not traveling but if you roll over or get up it is, because you cant stop from sliding.
