1. Notre Dame vs. Indiana
Notre Dame came out and played their Game and Indiana just could not put anything together.
Now... The Irish faces a Beckless Bulldog Squad. This could be interesting.
2. SMU vs. Penn State
This was a Nightmare Scenario from the Get go for the Mustangs. Penn States defense was too much. The Mustangs got consumed in the Daytime White Out. If this game was at night... I say the Mustangs wouldn't have scored at all. The place is just different.
Now Penn State faces Boise State. It will be really interesting to see how Jeanty performs with this Nitany Lion Defense.
3. Clemson vs. Texas
The ACC as a whole just fell flat on their face. The Tigers did put up a fight. But the Longhorns were just too much for the Tigers.
Texas faces a Mystery wrapped inside of an Enigma in Arizona State... A Team who was picked to be LAST in the Big XII preview. (Shows what the Experts Know
) This could be an interesting game... Or it could really go bad Quickly.4. Tennessee vs. Ohio State
BOY OH BOY.... I am going to say this. If Ohio State keeps this Consistency on how they performed against the Volunteers... They could win a Championship. They Suffocated the Volunteers and Jumped out to a Quick 21-0 Lead. Tennessee just flat out had NO ANSWER for the Buckeyes. I also think all of the hype from the week and the Posts of Tennessee making their mark by hoisting a flag in the middle of the field at The Shoe angered em all at the Rose Bowl! How Fitting?! This is going to be GOOD! i want an Angry Buckeyes team that is out for Blood.
5. Final Thought
I continued to Hear arguments from SEC Whiners that Alabama and Ole Miss should have been in. Well for these two teams. WIN YOUR GAMES. Don't lose to 6-6 and 4-8 teams. (Oklahoma, Vanderbilt, Kentucky etc.) Then you wouldn't have to complain. if Alabama lost to Tennessee and couldn't score on Oklahoma... A Trip to the Shoe would have Exposed the Mediocre Behemoth Alabama has become. Lets just say it. the SECs best chance at winning this Championship is in a Team who last year was a BIG XII Powerhouse. They were SERIOUSLY overhyped.
