In the first-ever meeting between these two schools, the Buckeyes came out on top by 20 points. Leading by just five at the half the Buckeyes outscored the Sycamores by 15 in the 2nd half. This was the second time I watched Indiana State play (Lost to Southern Indiana) the first time. Bruce Thornton (Fairburn, GA) led the Buckeyes with a career-high career-high with 33 points,6 boards, and 3 assists. Ques Glover (Knoxville, TN) came off of the bench to add 15 points and 5 assists. For Indiana State, Samage Teel (Greenville, NC) led the way with 19 points and 5 assists.
