Katie Miller from Marietta is running cross country this fall. She finished 3rd in the 400 meter in the state D1 wise, first in her grade. I believe Warren has some good runners too.

8th grader Haley Dicus returns this season. She will be joined by 7th grader Kaetlyn Sheets. It will be fun to watch as they grow during the season and just maybe one of them can crack the top group of runners by season end...
Re: GIRLS JR HIGH CROSS COUNTRY
The Sheets' girl's Dad sure was fast back in his day.
XC is a lot different.....she's a good size for XC...she'll do fine along with Haley
Good conditioning for basketball as well.

Never heard of Haley Dicus before so she must have stepped her game up since last year and has potential this year. Did watch the Sheets girl play a little B-Ball she seems to be a decent little player but best of luck to both girls.

Haley gained experience last year and knows the courses and what it takes to compete. She should be at the very least a solid performer. The Sheets girl is fast but this will be her first test at distance and we'll see what happens the first couple of races when the front group leaves her way behind. Kelsie Henderson has joined up but i havent really had a chance to see her run and she is a month behind the other two in conditioning.

First i want to say congrats to Madison Holley for winning the MS league meet. I hope you can continue your success at the next level. Next i want to say congrats to the Jackson girls. Haley Dicus, Kaetlyn Sheets, and Kelsie Henderson all performed well at league. Haley moves up next year so best of luck to her.
