I know he is talking about jr. hi. He wanted to know what were good throws and those are what I would consider good throws in jr. hi. If you want to compete well around here:

Could anyone give me some results on girls long jump? What would be considered a good distance? I have a 7th grade daughter just starting with track.

I have heard that Portsmouth has a strong team this year. I haven't had a chance to see them yet, does anyone have any times or distances for our Jr. high Trojans?

Should be a good meet tomorrow at Oak Hill as they are having their invitational. The weather is looking nice.

Hoping our Boys and girls here at Western can continue to compete and improve. We have only had one meet so far this year, which was at Jacksons Invitational last week.

Westerns boys have some pretty good runners. I heard that the boy's 4 X 400 broke the Oak Hill meet record.
