Played with back up quarter back. backup tail back. Being there are only 19 kids on the team there isnt alot of room to sub when you already have 3 injuries. Maybe should play.with 7 for you ? Or just tell them lay down? I doubt anybody was trying to run the score up. Didnt hear anybody crying when lancaster put up 60 on your jv. Maybe when the team gets you down you should just forfeit. Logan programs are in bad shape rite now and it has to be frustrating. By the way the logan crowd was crying the 7th.grade was running up the score too. It was 24-0 final?

Sorry we didn't try to run up the score. NY played without our Starting QB hurt in first quater, Starting TB didn't play at all in 2nd half, and had a DB out. We moved our guard to Full Back and FB to TB. We threw 1 pass in the game. Our 2 QB was tossed into action without any practice at that position this year. What else are we supposed to do. We had 14 players available to play. Sorry if it seemed that way but we couldn't tell the kids to just quit and lay down. We couldn't punt as our long snapper was hurt and out.

I was at the game and I wouldn't say the Buckeyes ran the score up.
Both 7th and 8th for Logan looked like they were playing in slow motion.
The Buckeyes just blew us off the line and ran around us and passed over the top on us.

NY 7th is a good team too. Last week they beat up on Lancaster something like 38/06?????

It looked they they have the game down in just one game.

Logan is complaining about he Chillicothe 7th grade running the score up with a 36 - 0 win. Chillicothe 7th had linemen running the ball the whole 4th quarter. Learn to stop someone, just saying.

Anyone complaining that Chillicothe's 8th grade team of 13 running the score up?

Logan's 7th and 8th grade teams had to only stop one man and they could not do it.

I believe NY 8th grade beat Trimble 56-0.
Not sure if Trimble had enough 7th graders to play our 7th grade.

Freshman playing with 8th graders??? That can't happen, we have taken 8th graders who don't play much down to play with the 7th graders but bringing freshman down?? Plus with this team no need to bring them down we have about 20 players so more than enough.

TRIC, I'm guessing that he is saying how many 8th graders should be freshman.

Which game was this? I've Been to every 7th grade game and know all the boys. I Haven't seen any 8th graders yet. Both this 7th & 8th grade group have a ton of potential if they'll put in the work in the years to come. This 7th grade team also has a very good passing game and several talented kids at the skilled positions. Hopefully the coaches will continue to spread the ball around and not make them one dimensional as they get older.

I agree old buckeye, there has not been one 8th grader step foot on the field during a 7th grade game! And I also agree with you on the nice passing game. I may be a little biased because the QB is my son but this particular group of kids has so much talent in every position and so many options. This group of kids has had so much success!!! I so look forward to see what kind of success they are going to see in high school!

The group of 7th and 8th grade kids are really deep. Many kids could play many positions. They both have what most ny teams lack also. Size. Big talented lineman to go with the skill kids. The 7 th grade group played some of their best football in florida last year and havnt slowed down. Rare that we get 2 classes like this together.
