West 7th Grade Volleyball
Could you please tell me the reasoning behind the way she subs?? Some players never come out, regardless of how bad they play. Some players get subed for no matter how good they play. Just makes no sense, how she does it? She has no one film the games, so she’s not seeing something on film no one else is seeing! Please help me understand, I’ve never claimed to be a coach, but from what I’m seeing, she’s shooting herself in the foot.
