Is this a two day event at one site ? Not from the area but somewhat familiar.

Not sure what our team ( Bellaire ) ( grandson ) 4th has at that time but I will pass this on to the Coach
We play our League at the Highlands in Wheeling and there is one Tournament there in Jan and Feb .
