Ohio SchoolBoy/SchoolGirl State Tournament Date Announced

The Ohio Schoolboy/Schoolgirl State tournament is slated for February 24th,25th and 26th 2012.We are expecting a record number of teams this year.It will be held in Logan Ohio.The tournament is for grades 3rd,4th,5th and 6th grade boys and girls.Entry fee is $100.00 this year.Any team may participate as long as all their players are from the same school district.If you are interested please contact Mike Spackey at [email protected] as soon as possible to get your information packets out to you.Entry fee must be paid when you turn your roster and paper work in.Deadline for the tournament is February 10th,2012.Or you may call Mike Spackey at 740-385-9372.Leave a message if no answer.

I think I hear Nelsonville York's 6th grade girls team would be at the State Tourney. Can't wait to see that. They are a great team that has been playing together since 2nd grade. Fun to watch and very talented and athletic. Hard to believe that not only are they all in the same grade but also most are in the same homeroom so they've all been pals forever. Great chemistry.
