I like they idea of everyone re-weighing.I know that we have a kid that we would like to re-weigh,and one that we might lose due to the weight that he has gained in the season, but I think the only way to be fair is to have every team involved to weigh in anyone who touches the ball on offense.I guess we can meet at BW'S for the final time on Sunday to take a vote on it.

If you get any tsyfl teams in it this will be one place we have a distinct advantage. Our biggest player possible won't weigh more than 185 and that player can't be more than 9 to be that weight so as far as tsyfl teams are concerned this is more than fair. A 10 yr old wont weigh more than about 130 lbs and an eleven yr old wont weigh more than 105. So we will be outsized almost everywhere. We looked like munchkins compared to the CG a team. Once again guys good luck to all. If Coach Murphy and his staff are any indication we are missing out on rubbing elbows with a bunch of good guys

Since there are no responses I think the final meeting should be on Sunday Oct 26th at 3:00 at BW3's. Everyone try to contact the teams from your area to make sure their coaches know to attend to get everything finalized and draw for their time slot. Thanks! Let's get this RiverBowl done!!!!

We played Greenup last night and their coach says that they are not playing in the River Bowl. Raceland turns their gear in after the Black Bowl too. We were informed this morning that Basket ball try outs are Thursday for the middle school, so we are also out of the Bowl. We play away this Saturday at Estill Co, Kentucky for our last bowl game. We will not be allowed to play on November 1st as we will be in Basketball thru the middle school. The River Bowl is a great idea and should be followed up on for next year. But we have to work together further out to make sure that nothing is scheduled on the day that is scheduled for the RiverBowl.
And as far as the last post about weighing in...... Now it is not an issue. See you guys next year on the field.

Thats a shame devil because you have a very good team. I know everyone talked from the beginning of season but this will have to be started about april or May. This may seem early but that is when everyone starts putting their schedule together. Anyway good luck in all your respective championships
