I was planning on running with her til conditioning starts in July but 30 miles a week ? You're killing me man ! I'm 20 years and 40 pounds past any such notions or fantasies :lol: :lol:

I have seen you and it wouldn't take much for you to run with her






for a 1/4 mile---lol

ole dad can still take her in the 400 and the 800 but then i need to hit the oxygen tanks... 8)

I'd kinda like to see that race in the 800....I'm a little skeptical.
