8th Girls Jackson over Chillicothe 80 to 3...... why?

I have to agree somewhat with both sides of the post. As a Jackson fan through and through for all sports at all levels, I have to admit that those 8th grade parents are very annoying. I believe fully in being a loud and proud parent, but geesh when you are hammering the other team you dont have to continue to shout and scream at every basket!! It gets annoying to Jackson fans too!

I have you figured out and YOU are one of those annoying 8th grade parents! I will not post your name on here, but looking at past post you mentioned YOUR daughters name because her name was NOT mentioned in previous post (even going as far as spelling her name wrong, slick move). So therefore it did not take a rocket scientist to figure out who you was!

As I said I am an IRONMAN through and through at all levels. This includes biddy league, jr high, high school, basketball, football, baseball, track, wrestling, etc...I AM A SUPPORTER!

NO it is not PRIDE that makes parents clap and scream when a game is so lop sided it is clear foolishness. It is not fun to watch any kind of game like this no matter what side you are on. I AM A PROUD PARENT OF FOUR so do not say it is people like me that has brought the game down in the past!

When are you going to realize that everywhere your group goes you are being talked about and snide remarks being made because of the continued foolishness showed by the parents!

Those 8th grade girls are GREAT and are going to definitely go far with the basketball, but you dont have to continue to act like nobody in a 4 county radius doesnt already know this fact!!

and he videos all these games,,,you would think he would hear how he acts after watching the tapes,and figure it out

Apparently he has the volume on mute while recording! Because if he replayed the sound portion he would see how foolish it all really is.

He doesnt realize (or maybe he does and just doesn't care) that what that "group" does is continue to pour salt on open wounds.....Where is the sportsman like conduct???????????????????????

You are not throwing me off by saying these things D.W. You just dont want to have to start under a new name! I already know that you have had some private messages with another person on here and was talking about "your daughter" playing softball against their daughter. Anyone that comes into the vicinity to hear you talk knows that "MY BAD" is your favorite saying and you are always saying that so and so "chickened out" of playing Jackson 8th grade. All that has to be done is to go and look at older post to figure you out. SO SIT DOWN AND SHUT UP! (which is what opposing fans and Jackson fans want to say to you all the time!!!)

I have to say a few final things on this thread.

First of all, I guess junior high basketball doesn't matter. This thread got pretty much Jackson fans only because their name was in the title. But on the high school forum, a similar situation is about to make ESPN, USA Today, and Al-Quaida's Al-Jazeera daily news.

I hope everyone has kept up with that thread where Waterford beat Southern 110-14.

It seems nearly unanimous over there that THAT was wrong.

In my life, I will never understand their thinking on that thread that it is MORE unacceptable in high school "because it gets more publicity". I personally would think that the younger kids are the ones who hurt more from a 90 point loss.

Good luck Jackson fans. Sounds like your team won't have any trouble, but some fans might get beat........by each other! LOL

WOW big score difference hey coaches out there dont allow your team to blow out teams like that it aint right I know what its like to lose by that much trust me it sucks so please dont let games get out of hand like that it is very discouraging to kids especially that age.
