Good job, Ace. When's the OVC tournament?

Tournament starts Saturday at Chesapeake.

In the 7th grade division, I *believe* South Point plays RV and Coal Grove plays Rock Hill. Again, I am not positive that those are the pairings and am not sure on the start times yet, either....hopefully will have that info tomorrow evening.

Fairland and Chesapeake get the byes and will play the winners on Monday evening, I *believe* those games (and the finals) will be held at Rock Hill.

In the 8th grade division, Coal Grove will put its undefeated season to the test beginning Monday night also. I am not sure of the locale.

Tanner Dutey had his best all-around game of the season to lead the Hornets to the hard fought victory.

Posting this from my iPhone so there may be a typo or three.

Tis true, CG 8th was taken to the WIRE money night as the tourney host Redmen jumped out to a 13-6 lead after one.

The unbeaten Hornets found themselves down 34-32 at the 3:30 mark after Jenkins' old school three point play.

Then the Grove exploded for seven points in fourteen seconds. Tanner Dutey hit from 21 feet to regain the lead for CG. Young Dutey then stole the inbounds pass and hit ABare for a quick deucer. Kyle Estep stole the next pass and converted a bucket and the Grove withstood one more charge from the Redmen to get the W.

Survive and advance. Seventh grade plays top seed Fairland Wednesday night at 530, also at RHMS.
